This is a Risk Analysis tool. It can model schedule and cost estimate uncertainty and risk events. It can simulate the execution of a schedule 1,000s of times in a few minutes during which it randomly fires risk events (such as weather patterns) and applies estimate confidence in durations and cost and plots the outcomes for analysis. It outputs P50, P80, P90 schedules and helps to identify common scheduling pitfalls that may result in misleading schedule or risk analysis results.
